The register of personal and movable real rights

The register is an electronic public record of personal and real rights on movable property, including road vehicles.

Real movable rights on property acquired by individuals must be registered, particularly in the case of:

• a road vehicle (passenger vehicle, motorcycle, motorized home, snowmobile or all-terrain vehicle)


• a caravan or a fifth-wheel
